  3. Processing and Delivery Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and prepare your items for shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Egypt. Typically, you can expect your package to be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

  4. Order Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to update after receiving the email.

  5. Incorrect Shipping Information: It is crucial to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. Return & Exchange Policy

As such, we accept returns or exchanges only in the case of defective items. We have taken great care to provide detailed product images and a comprehensive size chart to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

  2. Return Process: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address. Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  3. Exchange Process: We currently do not offer exchanges for size or color. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, if you have any concerns regarding the fit or color of our swimwear, please reach out to our customer support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.

  4. Refund Process: If your item is eligible for a refund due to defects, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene purposes, swimwear bottoms, tops, hijabs, and any intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective upon receipt.

Once the defect or damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including the return shipping costs.
